I have extensive experience in financial communications, including more than 20 years in investment content creation and publications management.
My primary role has been the development of client-facing content, with an emphasis on white papers, asset allocation studies, market analysis, videos, and other thought leadership pieces for global institutional and advisory audiences. This has included working with AI applications such as ChatGPT to develop and refine content, and SEO and AEO content analysis using Conductor, Clearscope, and other tools.
I have also developed marketing narratives for key investment capabilities, such as equity and credit research, multi-asset portfolios, and retirement accounts. I have worked closely with RFP editors to improve and expand RFP databases.
Prior to joining the investment industry, I spent 14 years as a professional journalist, including seven years as financial reporter at USA Today, covering personal finance, the commercial and residential real estate industries, the Federal Reserve, and international trade.
